Accommodation

ECOOP 2025 will take place at Kronstad campus, which is about 3 km (6 tram stops) from the city centre.

We strongly recommend booking hotel rooms as early as possible – both prices and availability become less favourable over time as this is peak season for hotel stays in Bergen.

Discounted Accomodation

We have organised some special discounts at two selected hotels for ECOOP participants. These rooms are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For details about room types etc. please see the hotel websites or contact the hotel directly. Rooms booked in these two hotels after their discount expiry dates are subject to standard market prices and availability. Also don’t forget to check if your favourite agent can offer a better rate.

Hotel Citybox, Danmarksplass (1 tram stop away from the conference venue)

Hotel Citybox, Danmarksplass offers different types discounted rooms bookable here for the duration between the 30th of June and the 4th of July (30/06 - 04/07):

  • Single room: NOK 1145 per room, per night (booking code HOVESGL)
  • Double room: NOK 1315 per room, per night (booking code HOVEDBL)
  • Twin room: NOK 1385 per room, per night (booking code HOVETWI)
  • Family room: NOK 1855 per room, per night (booking code HOVEFAM)

Note that

  • Breakfast is not included in the prices stated above, but can be purchased via partner restaurant JAJA located next to the lobby.
  • Enter the discount code that corresponds to the desired hotel room under ‘discount code’ in the additional information section.
  • All discounts are offered for bookings made on or before the 25th of April (25/04) (CEST).

Scandic Ørnen (in the city centre)

Scandic Ørnen offers a limited number of discounted rooms bookable here for the duration between 30th of June and the 5th of July (30/06 - 05/07).

The discount is gained by using booking code BHVE290625 and will be offered for bookings made on or before the 2nd of May (02/05) (CEST).
